THIS IS A SEWING PATTERN!
Pattern includes full sized pattern pieces for Moana's top and instructions for both the top, sash, "grass" under skirt and overskirt.
Should have knowledge of sewing and following a pattern. Requires 1/4 seams, top stitching, sewing rick-rack, inserting elastic, sewing casing for elastic, and raveling burlap.
You will need: narrow rick-rack, fabric for top and sash, fabric for outer skirt and burlap for under "grass" skirt. Two 10" pieces of 1/4" elastic and one 6" piece of 3/4" elastic. (you may substitute two 6" pieces of 1/4" elastic for 1 piece of 3/4". just sew two casings, one top and one bother of BACK piece.)
Please note: skirt will not fit older American Girl dolls without making adjustments. Skirt is designed to fit dolls with a hip measurement of 12" or less
